How does it work?
- You will receive an initial coaching outline and assignment (focused on a development syndicate joint venture) at the beginning of the process. Don’t be concerned if you are unable to complete the assignment or find it too easy; its primary purpose is for me to assess your level of financial modeling skills.
- After reviewing your outputs, I may recommend adjustments to the outline to ensure you derive the maximum benefit from the session. The coaching will be conducted over two sessions, each lasting from 2 to 2.5 hours, with a maximum total duration of 5 hours.
- If you are new to financial modeling, following the first session, you will reattempt the financial model to solidify and reinforce the acquired skills in your memory.
- At the end of the coaching session you will receive a completed financial model based on our agreed objectives so that you can revisit key concepts at anytime.
What’s the cost?
The cost of coaching is $750 AUD with discounts applicable if you come in as a group of 3-5 participants. Note that the benefits of a focused one on one session may be slightly lost in a group setting. There are no additional fees for taxes or materials.
